A total of 263 students graduated from Oduduwa University Ipetumodu (OUI), Ile-Ife, during the 3rd Convocation ceremony of the institution which took place on Saturday, 21 November, 2015.
Out of the 263 students, 17 of them made First Class as 125 others bagged Second Class Upper degrees. Another 99 graduates made Second Class lower while a further 22 got Third Class degrees.
In his address, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Chibuzo N. Nwoke, disclosed that the 263 First degree graduands were from two Colleges of Management and Social Science as well as Natural and Applied Sciences, adding that it was working at commencing the 2nd Phase of its development plan by expanding its programmes upon approval by the NUC.
He disclosed that the Institution currently have about 3,000 students, stressing that through its Centre for International Studies and Exchange Programmes, the University was exploring the opportunity of collaboration with some universities across the world for staff/students exchange programmes.
