Monday, 10th November, 2014- 13th February, 2015 – Students proceed on SIWES programme (14 weeks)
Monday, 17th– Saturday, 29th November, 2014- 2nd Semester 2013/2014 Conference Marking (2 weeks)
Monday,1st- Friday, 12th December,2014 – Compulsory Vacation for all Academic Staff (2 week)
Monday,17th November, 2014- Friday, 9th January,2015 – Pre-Registration (payment of acceptance fees &
clearance for fresh students/New Intakes)
FIRST SEMESTER 2014/2015
Monday, 15th December, 2014 – Resumption of all categories of students/ Commencement of registration for 1st
semester, 2014/2015 (excluding students on SIWES)
Wednesday, 17th December, 2014 – Release of Final 1st semester 2013/2014 results
Thursday, 18th & Friday, 19th December, 2014 – Congregational Meeting
Monday, 5th January, 2015 – Lectures commence for all categories of students (excluding students on SIWES)
Monday, 12th – Friday, 16th January, 2015 – Orientation exercise for fresh students
Wednesday, 28th January, 2015 – Matriculation ceremony
Monday, 16th February, 2015 – Resumption and Commencement of lectures for students on SIWES
Thursday, 26th February, 2015 – Premier Lecture
Friday, 27th February, 2015 – Registration closes for all categories of students
Monday, 2nd – Saturday, 7thMarch, 2015 – Late registration for all categories of students (with payment of penalty)
Monday, 16th -Saturday, 21st March, 2015 – Mid-Semester Examination for all categories of students (fresh & returning)
Monday, 13th – Saturday, 18th April, 2015- Revision Exercise/Pre-exam Logistics
Monday, 20th April- Saturday, 23rd May, 2015- 1st Semester Examination (5 Weeks)
Monday, 25th May- Saturday, 6th June, 2015 – 1st semester Break/Conference Marking (2 weeks)
Monday, 8th – Saturday, 20th June, 2015 – Vacation for all Academic Staff (2 weeks)
SECOND SEMESTER 2014/2015
Monday, 22nd June, 2015 – Second Semester begins/Semester Registration
