FUTO Instructions to Newly Admitted Postgraduate Students – 2014/15

FUTO instructions to newly admitted postgraduate students for 2014/2015 has been released. Candidates whose name appear on the just released postgraduate admission list of FUTO are hereby informed.

INSTRUCTIONS TO UTO PG SCHOOL ADMITTED CANDIDATES
Short listed candidates should go to any of the collecting banks and pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of Forty Thousand Naira (N40,000.00), excluding bank charges. The collecting banks are as follows:
(a) First Bank Nigeria Plc – Ikenegbu Branch
(b) Diamond Bank Plc – FUTO Branch
(c) EcoBank – Obinze Branch
(d) FUTO Micro-Finance Bank Limited
After making the aforementioned payment, admitted candidates are to proceed by following the guidelines below:
STEP 1: Go to any of the collecting banks and pay a non-refundable fee of Forty Thousand Naira (N40,000.00) PG Acceptance fee, excluding bank charges. You will be given an E-Tranzact receipt which should contain a Confirmation pin and Receipt number. (Ensure that you do NOT lose this information!). Please make sure your FULL NAMES, PHONE NUMBER, MODE OF STUDY (FULL TIME OR PART TIME), PROGRAMME (PGD, MBA, M.SC, M.ENG, MPH, PH.D) are clearly captured by the bank.
STEP 2: Visit pgapply.futo.edu.ng and Click on “Check Admission Status” link by the side bar.
STEP 3: Enter your email address or Form number.
STEP 4: Then click “Next”. You can either view your details or continue with your payment
STEP 5: To view your details, kindly click the “View details” link. To make payment, click on “Proceed to Payment”
STEP 6: To continue with your payment, kindly enter your confirmation order and Receipt number on the E-tranzact slip you got from the bank.
STEP 7: Click on “Continue”.
STEP 8: Then click on “Print Acceptance Receipt” to print your receipt.
STEP 9: Print the provisional Admission Letter, and proceed to postgraduate school with your (i) etranzact slip, (ii) acceptance fees receipt and (iii) online provisional admission letter, to collect confirmation of admission.
STEP 10: Thereafter, proceed to the department for clearance. You will be given username and password to FUTO Eduportal. With your username and password you will log on to the portal to generate your school fees invoice which you will use to pay your school fees at any of the collecting banks.
