Application is now open for Sir Emeka Offor Foundation Scholarship 2014. This year, students of Secondary School, undergraduate and Postgraduate University students can apply. All eligibility, requirements and scholarship worth are as detailed below.
About Sir Emeka Offor Foundation Scholarship
It is important to note that although the sponsor of this scholarship (Sir Emeka Offor) is from Anambra state. However interested applicants should note that scholarship is for all Nigerian students who are in either secondary school or the university (undergraduate and Postgraduate alike).
Last year, Sir Emeka Offor Foundation Beneficiaries were drawn from all states of the federation and scholarships were awarded accordingly.
Eligibility for Sir Emeka Offor Foundation Scholarship
- This scholarship is focused at supporting indigent yet brilliant students.
- Any student currently enjoying any form of scholarship need not apply.
- Candidate must be a bonafide student of an accredited Nigerian Institution (Secondary).
- Only undergraduates of 200 Level need apply.
- Applicants must not be more than 24years for undergraduates and not more than 40 years for postgraduates.
- Undergraduates wishing to apply must have a Cumulative Grade point Average (CGPA) of 3.00 and above.
Sir Emeka Offor Foundation Scholarship Requirements
To correctly and successfully submit application for 2014 Sir Emeka Offor Scholarship, applicants must present the following;
- Birth Certificate
- ID card (for Undergraduates and Post graduates only)
- Admission Letter from tertiary institution (Undergraduates &Postgraduates)
- JAMB Result
- WAEC/NECO, Degree result with at least 2nd class Upper Division
- Transcripts & Results (SS-I and SS-II)
- Testimonial from last Secondary School attended
- NYSC Discharge Certificate (For Post graduate Students only)
Letters from two referees, one of which must be from the principal/Head of department of your last school and the other from a respectable member of your community
Application Deadline
Completed application forms should be returned through SEOFoundation@yahoo.com andinfo@sireofforfoundation.org or directly to the foundation’s office at Oraifite, Anambra State.
All applications must reach the Sir Emaka Offor Foundation Office in Oraifite, Anambra State on or before Wednesday 10th Dec, 2014.
