This is post was made for all UNIBEN Aspirants, as we believe that the school is the 2nd most sort school after UNILAG.
Inorder for any candidates to be admitted in UNIBEN he or she must have to score high, in JAMB and UTME
Below is how your scores are being calculated in UNIBEN
Lets say you score 280 in jamb utme, it will then be divided by 8 and added to your pume score maybe 80 which is also divided by 2. The total sum of both will be added to give you your aggregate score which must be above 50.
Summary: 280/8= 35, 80/2=40... Sum total of both=75... That's a good score to give you your desired result.
POST UTME
1. Candidates must choose University of Benin, UNIBEN as their 1st choice of institution to qualify for the UTME and Post-UTME screening test.
2. Candidates must possess 5 O’Level credits or its equivalent in SSCE, GCE O’Level including English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
3. UTME score of at least 200 for all programmes.
The University Of Benin usually announces their commencement of her Post Utme Examination towards the middle of the second semester of every session. The announcement date of the Post Utme exams is always made available at www.uniben.edu.

HOW DOES UNIBEN POST UTME LOOK LIKE
The Post Ume Exam is grouped into two sections. SECTION 1 and SECTION 2.
Time Allowed: 1hour
SECTION 1 is mainly English (contains Reading Passages) (30 questions) while
SECTION 2 consists of General Paper (related to your course) (50 questions).
Total Questions in all is about 80. (Changes every year though).
Choose your best subject- Read the questions carefully and answer the ones you know best. Do not answer a question that you do not understand thereby wasting all your time trying to solve it. Some people like to start with the topic they know best to give them a good start. Others prefer to do their best question second, because with one question completed, they can relax and expand on their best ideas and gain extra marks.
Hope this helps, please do share with your friends!!!
