At its meeting of Wednesday, July 15, 2015, Senate reviewed the situation that informed its earlier decision that the portals be kept opened till July 10, 2015. Senate observed that a significant percentage of students were yet to register consequent on their inability to pay their fees.

(i) Portals be left opened till August 10, 2015 for the payment of outstanding school fees for 2013/2014 academic session and the Harmattan Semester of 2014/2015 academic session, after which no further extension would be granted;
(ii) The 2014/2015 Harmattan Semester Examinations should resume as follows:
(a) Remaining 100-Level CBT examinations are rescheduled for Tuesday
to Friday, July 21 – 24, 2015; –
(b) 200 – 500-Level students with carryover courses in 100-Level are to
take them with the current 100-Level students as in (ii)(a) above; and
(c) 200 – 500-Level CBT and Non-CBT examinations will take place as will be reflected in the new time-table to be released by the Examinations and Time-Table Committee.
