Kim Juzdowski, a language arts teacher at Chapin High in El Paso, Texas, drew a p*nis on a student's assignment and when questioned, Mrs Juzdowski admitted drawing the p*nis across the student's assignment! She says she did that because he wasn't working hard enough in class.
