The UNN shopping (supplementary form) was sold for 10,000  during our own times. I won’t be suprised if there is an increase this year because we are still in Nigeria. We are not in Ghana. hehe!
The UNN shopping form (UNN supplementary form) normally comes out for application immediately after the merit list is released. After the UNN merit list is out, UNN  advertises all the departments, their cut-offs and their shortfalls. (Shortfalls means the number of persons they stiLl want in that department ) to complete their admission quota.
.
So candidates will look at the courses and make their choices based on what they want and their score. Advice: Always shop into a course that you average score is far above it. For eg. Microbiology has a cut-off of 240, Medical Lab. Science, 255; and then you score 270 as your average in the post-UTME, I don’t expect you to shop into Medical laboratory science. The difference in score is very close. I expect you to go for microbiology – 240, 270; you can see the little difference in margin and I assure you, you will get it.
.
Also shop into courses that have many short falls. Example of courses that fall into this category are Combined Biological Sciences, zoology, Combined Physcal exercise etc. They normally have up to 100 to 150 shortfalls. However, most times they give higher than the number they advertised.
.
After Buying the shopping form (supplementary form) then you go and pray. If you have ‘Abraham’ as ‘father’ this is actually the time to meet the person and set him/her to work. Remember, no matter your score, there is no guarantee that you will get it. It is not a merit list, so do not too expect meritocracy again. This is actually where those that have money, fame and connection get their own merit. The UNN primary list is a merit list by your academic performance; while the shopping or supplementary list is the merit list for the rich and the connected. Hope you got that logic. Anything is possible here.
.
Be that as it may, if you don’t have anybody, you can connect to God to help you. He is able. Admission shall be yours this year. IJN.
