Rivpoly Pre-ND admission form for 2015/2016 session is out. Interested members of the public are hereby informed to buy their forms now before the closing date.
The River State Poly has announced admission into the underlisted Pre-National Diploma (PRE-ND) for the 2015/2016 academic session.
PRE-NATIONAL DIPLOMA (PRE-ND) PROGRAMME
Pre-ND science
(i) Civil Engineering
(ii) Electrical/Electronic Engineering
(iii) Mechanical Engineering
(iv) Computer Science
(v) Science Laboratory Technology
(vi) Statistics
(vii) Architecture
(viii) Estate Management
(ix) Surveying and Geo- informatics
(x) Urban and Regional Planning
(xi) Office Technology and Management.
Programme Duration
The Pre-National Diploma (pre-ND) programme would last for one academic session of two semesters.
Entry Requirements
(i) The minimum entry requirements for admission into the West African School Certificate, General Certificate of Education(GCE) Ordinary Level, Senior Secondary School Examination Council (NECO) or their equivalent in relevant subjects at not more than two settings; English Language and Mathematics inclusive.
(ii) Candidates who possess good passes in city and in guild, National Technical Education Board (NABTEB) may also be considered for engineering and Technology courses.
(iii) Candidates awaiting the results of the above examination Boards may also apply.
How To Apply
Candidates seeking for admission into Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori shall approach any branch of Union, Unity & FCMB banks nationwide to pay the total sum of N21,300 using their last ND Matric Numbers ( HND candidates), WAEC/NECO numbers ( Pre-Nd candidates) and UTME numbers ( For ND candidates) and shall be issued tellers with unique Payment Confirmation ID by the bank after payment.
The Candidates using the Unique confirmation ID logs into the Rivpoly Portal for first verification, then create username/password and subsequently shall fill Rivpoly Application Form appropriate for his/her choice of program.
On completion, Candidate shall receive an SMS and shall print out a copy of online application at finish. All successful candidates shall be contacted at the end of the admission process.
Deadline for Application Forms is October 30th, 2015.
