New JAMB Admission Policy: Should Post UTME be Scrapped? [A Must Read]

I was opportuned to see a full list of people eligible for Rivers state University of Science and Technology and only 5494 candidates are eligible, It makes me wonder where JAMB is planning to place people who are not eligible in the school they applied for in JAMB.

If that is the case, they should scrap post UTME. 

JAMB should be able to know that some people applied for some schools based on their financial capabilities. Where do they want people who cannot afford private universities to do?

Some aspirants have health issues which make them choose some school so that they can be close to their doctor or their parents.

The JAMB Registrar got it wrong, How will they wake up one morning with a so called "Policy"
