Fuam pre-degree admission form for 2015/2016 is out.Candidates that wish to take part in the programme are hereby informed and as such implored to read the registration procedures given here.
The Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi (FUAM) has announced the commencement of sales of forms for admission into the Pre-Degree program for the 2015/2016 Academic session.
Candidates wishing to apply for any of the program are to follow the instructions for the application procedure.
General Requirements for Admission
Only candidates with minimum of five [ 5 ] Ordinary Level (GCE, WASC, SSC, NECO and NABTEB) credits in English, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Mathematics are eligible for admission into the remedial programme.
Method Of Application
To apply, visit http://entry.uam.edu.ng/rem/index.php and click on How to Apply on the left pane of the page. You will be guided through the process to ensure your application is submitted for consideration.
Follow the procedures below to apply (uam.edu.ng);
i) Create an account online by providing your emails and choosing a password (if you have not done that previously).
ii) Upon creation of account, a unique application number will be issued. Copy the application number in a save place (Do not delete the email that will be sent to you). It is your reference number through out your application.
iii) You are to pay a non-refundable fee of N5,350 (Bank charges inclusive)
iv) If you have a debit card (MasterCard/Verve), Logon to https://fees.uam.edu.ng/epay, enter your application number and proceed with payment.
v) You can also make payment in any of the branches of Skye Bank, Zenith Bank, UBA and Union Bank Nation wide to make payment.
vi) A Payment confirmation slip will be issued to you containing a 14-digit unique number as Payment Identification Number (PIN) which will enable you continue your application. Please ensure this number is on the slip printed for you before leaving the bank. You may copy the number and proceed with registration if you made payment online and you were unable to print.
vii) Return to your application online and complete your application. Ensure you have your O’Level result with you.
