Fed Poly Ilaro HND form 2015/2016 is out. The forms for both the Full time and part time programmes are now on sale. Interested members of the public are hereby informed.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro Full-Time and Part-time HND Programmes for the 2015/2016 academic session.
HND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants seeking HND Admission must possess:
(i) A good National Diploma not below Lower Credit and basic requirements for the National Diploma Programme.
(ii) A minimum of One Calendar year Post National Diploma relevant Industrial Experience.
(iii) Academic Transcripts which should be sent by the student’s last Institution under confidential cover to the Registrar, the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
NO CANDIDATE WILL BE REGISTERED BEFORE THE RECEIPT OF THE ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT

Procedure for Obtaining Online Application Form
Candidates seeking admission for the ND (Part Time) are expected to obtain a confirmation order from any branch of the under listed banks upon the payment of the sum of Twelve thousand and Seven hundred naira (N12,700.00) only.

Screening Exercise Schedule
Candidates seeking admission into HND (Full-time and Part-time) Programmes will appear for screening exercise after the close of the sales of admission forms. The dates for the screening exercise will be August 31, 2015 for all Higher National Diploma Candidates at 10.am prompt.

A candidate awaiting result of an examination is expected to give Centre No., year of Exam and subjects taken when filling the online application Form. When results are received, two copies must be uploaded immediately onto the portal/form using the candidate’s login details and or confirmation Number.

(a) Log on to www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng
(b) Click on “College Portal” on the Main Menu
(c) Scroll down to “New applications”
(d) Click on “Generate Invoice” button.
e)To generate your invoice
f)Fill in your name and other details (as you have them on your credentials) and select your programme and course
Proceed to the bank with the invoice generated. Pay at the bank and obtain a confirmation Order Number
g)Return to the portal, repeat steps 1-3 above and click on the “Fill Application form” button
h)Enter the conformation order number obtained from the bank
Complete the application form
i)Scan and paste a colour passport-size photograph of not more than 50kb in the space provided on the online form.
j)Confirm and submit. Print a copy of the completed Acknowledgement Slip and Exam Slip.

N.B Each applicant should use his/her own phone number and valid e-mail in filling the form in order to receive alerts and messages.

Application Deadline
The closing date for the submission of online Application Form is August 25, 2015.
Candidates would be given scratch cards for result checking of admission status on the day of the examination; they would not have to pay for this as it has already been charged to the invoice paid.
