The University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH), Ilorin wishes to notify the general public that admission form into the School of Nursing for the 2015/2016 Academic Session is now available.
Minimum Requirements
Five Credits (English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in WASSCE/NECO at not more than 2 sittings.
Application Method
Download application form from www.uith.org and submit completed form (original and photocopy) with a N7,500 (Seven thousand five hundred naira only) Bank Draft obtained from First Bank Nigeria PLC in favour of “School of Nursing, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin”.
Entrance Exam Schedule
The Computer Based Testing (CBT) Entrance Examination holds on: 12th September, 2015 at COMSIT CENTER, University Of Ilorin Permanent Site, Ilorin by 11:00am prompt
Oral Interview holds on: 30th September, 2015 at the School of Nursing, UITH School Complex (Old Maternity Wing Amilegbe, Ilorin) by 8:00am prompt
