The management of the Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana wishes to inform all staff and students of the institution that academic activities resumes on Wednesday, 17th June, 2015. All students, members of staff as well as members of the general public are hereby informed.
It will be recalled that the institution was closed down on Tuesday, 19th May, 2015, following a land dispute between the institution and the host community.So by virtue of this announcement, academic activities for the 2014/2015 session at Akanu Ibiam Polytechnic will resume on the date announced.
The general public are to take note of this announcement.
