Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the (3) year General Nursing Programme of School of Nursing, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi.

Five (5) credits at Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent to include: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology at not more than two (2) sittings.

NOTE: Combination of WAEC and NECO results is acceptable.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
1. Write a formal application to the principal School of Nursing, NAUTH, Nnewi with Certified passport photograph (black and white) 4 copies).
2. Enclose (a) Photocopies of all credentials
(b) Two (2) self addressed and stamped envelopes.
3. Pay five thousand naira (5,000) to NAUTH cash office and obtain a receipt. Attach your photograph to the original receipt, make a photocopy and return the photocopy of the receipt with photograph to the Admission office, School of Nursing, NAUTH Nnewi
4. Purchase of forms ends on 30th April, 2015. .
5. All completed forms should be submitted on or before 8th May, 2015.
