We have had several complaints regarding invalid Pin or Serial Number from candidates trying to print their admission letter ororiginal JAMB result slip using e-facility card on JAMB official website. This error started since March 6th and continued hitherto. Some of the candidates that called Students Nigeria helpline sounded frantic, owing to the fact that a number of them need the slip/admission letter for registration in their school, NYSC Online registration or scholarship application.
Although the solution to this must have to come from JAMB direct, we have contacted JAMB based on this and the situation will soon be put under control. At no specific date though.
While we wait for JAMB portal admins to bring this situation under control, we advise all candidates attempting to perform any of the actions listed above to kindly hold on, because buying another scratch card will not solve the problem.
On the possible cause of this invalid pin or serial number in JAMB website, we guess this started while the portal admins were trying to enable printing of 2015 UTME Slips on the same website – since the error started while the website was on siege following traffic flood from candidates trying to reprint their exam slip.
