Scored Below 180 in 2015 JAMB CBT Test? Admission Still Possible; Read How
It is obvious that a lot of candidates may be experiencing issues with the recently released Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) computer Base test (CBT) examination. We have celebrated with those having very high scores, and those having moderate scores.
Now there is an issue. Many candidates who actually scored below the 180 least cut off marks for their Universities are still consumed in fear and the possibility of not gaining admission this year. When you get worried we notice, and as we have earlier said, we will try our best to make all our readers see the different legal ways to still gain admission into any school of their choice. While thinking aloud 7 days ago, considering the Poor performances of some students, we had to come up with these two verified and proven ways we have seen students gain admission into Universities of their choice.
These three ways are:
–>Remedial Programmes and Basic Programmes and Certificate programmes
–> IJMB
Although there are other ways; but lets concentrate on these sure ways alot of students possibly gained admission.
Possible Ways To Gain Admission even with your low JAMB score
1.) Remedial Programmes and Basic Programmes and Certificate programmes
Majorly done in almost every Nigerian University but may be given a ddifferent name, the Remedial Programmesand Basic Programmes and Certificate programmes programme are three different sure ways you can gain admission into any University of your choice. This is a one year duration programme done by interested students who are seeking admission into school. A form is often sold and students may be given a test to enter for any of the programme as selected by you. Upon completion of the 1 year programme, students who had successful results at the end of the section will be granted admission into the school directly and will start from Level 1oo.Most schools often make it a criteria for successful candidates to still sit for JAMB and their POST UTME examination but may still consider you for admission via any of the programmes even if you failed your POST UTME or JAMB. So if you are going for a Four years course, with the any of the programme, it will be sum up to 5 years (First year spent for the programme before admission into the school).
Eligibility for any of the programmes

— > A minimum of five (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics in SSCE or GCE O’level, NECO or NABTEB and three other relevant subjects.
