LASU has announced the postponement of her 20th convocation ceremony indefinitely. Members of the general public as ell as the graduands are hereby informed.
The authorities of Lagos State University hereby announce the postponement of activities scheduled for the 20th Convocation Ceremony. The LASU 20th convocation ceremony was earlier scheduled to hold on Wednesday 18th March and Thursday 19th March, 2015 respectively.
The decision became necessary as a result of the agitation/protest by ASUU, SSANU & NASU on Monday 16th
March, 2015, at the Main Campus, Ojo. The incident that resulted into the VC to be locked out of his office by the demonstrators.
New dates for the University 20th Convocation Ceremony would be announced later.
The University management deeply regrets all inconveniences this development might cause graduands,
parents, the entire University Community and the general public.
