Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position of Director, University of Port Harcourt Sports Institute.
Requirements
A prospective applicant must:
a. Either be a Professor or appointable as Professor in Sports Medicine. Sports Science or Education Sport Science.
Applicants who are not already Professors should forward their CVs and publications along with their applications
b. Have been a Director of Sports in a recognized University setting for a minimum of 4 years.
c. Have, at least, 10 years' cognate experience in national and international sports involvement.
d. Have extensive external network for affiliations and fundraising.
e. Have directly participated and/coached participants in any registered sports activity.
f. Have NYSC discharge certificate.
