The Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital Yaba Lagos State Nigeria is calling on interested candidates to apply for admission into for 18 months course in Post Basic Psychiatric Nursing programme for the 2014/15 session.
Admission Requirements
Interested candidates must be registered nurses with at least on year post qualification experience with a valid license and must possess five credits at O’level in the following subjects english, mathematics, biology, chemistry and physics. Combination of result should not be more than two sittings of the same examination body.
How To Apply
- Applicants should pay the sum of N10,000 to first bank of Nigeria plc with account number 2015786173 Sabo, Yaba Lagos. Bring the teller to the school for the issuance of a receipt of payment
- make a photocopy of the receipt with applicants passport on the left hand corner
- collect the admission form from the school of post basic psychiatric/ mental health nursing
- submit completed application form with photocopies of relevant documents including credentials, photocopy of receipt, and application letter in a big brown envelope on or before the closing date.
- the sale and submission of application forms will close on the 24th April 2015
- course fee details would be provided on admission

Time 12:00 noon
Venue: school of post basic psychiatric/ mental health nursing ,Yaba Lagos.
Applicants should bring along writing material and original receipt and examination the certified passport photograph to the examination venue.
