- On that page select the right option in the first drop-down box (National Diploma or Higher National Diploma)
- Choose the session of admission; which is the 2014/2015 session
- Type in your Registration Number in the next field
- Your result-checker PIN is next
- And Finally, type in your Card Serial Number
