Actor turned politician Desmond Elliot has awarded full scholarships to some lucky students into the Nigerian Open University (NOUN) Lagos, through his foundation Desmond Elliot Foundation.
Twenty persons also received a free health insurance scheme also via his foundation. Nobert Ajebwu the Chaiman of Murtala Mohammed Airport was among the awardees.
